Ascent
Ascent is an exclusive real estate development at the foot of Camelback Mountain in Arizona. I designed two booklets to give to prospective buyers, a takeaway booklet giving a brief overview of the development and surrounding area, and an in-depth Insider’s Guide which takes a closer look at the benefits of living at Ascent.
Insider’s Guide
The Insider’s Guide features a detailed look at the residences, amenities, mountain and surrounding area. It uses the brand colour palette featuring a refined slate grey with a complementing copper. The typography features the lighter weights of geometric sans serif Regulator Nova. I chose a gloss finish for the brand pattern on the inside front cover to give it a luxury feel.
The resort that the development sits within was denoted with the use of a custom colour.
Takeaway booklet
This booklet gives a brief overview of the amenities and surrounding area. It is visually differentiated by full bleed images.
